Software development costs can be estimated in many ways, so there’s no one-line answer. Many factors have to be considered together: the complexity of the system, how hard the requirements are to implement, the seniority of the people involved and the development time needed.
What we can promise is this: using the latest development methods, Eegilsoft does its best to offer the most reasonable price for delivering a high-quality product on the date we promised.
No, consultations and quotes are free. Consultations mostly take place by email, and depending on the size of the project, we may need to meet in person. No costs of any kind arise until a contract is signed.

Of course. There’s nothing to worry about. We won’t confuse you with technical jargon — we always explain things in words you can understand.
Even finished software has to keep changing as its environment changes. That’s why Eegilsoft treats embracing change as a basic principle of development, and expects and prepares for requirements to change mid-project from the very start.
That said, depending on the scope of a change, contract terms such as cost or timeline may need to be adjusted. In that case, we first explain how the change will affect the project, and proceed only after we have discussed it thoroughly with you.
Security is one of the most basic features any software must have. But AI won’t take care of security on its own. That’s why Eegilsoft identifies security risks from the design stage onward, and designs and builds to the highest level of security.
We know that results falling short of expectations is where the biggest conflicts between clients and outsourced developers arise. And it isn’t only about quality — delays can be just as frustrating.
That’s why Eegilsoft shows you progress and interim results regularly throughout development, so we can catch anything that drifts from your expectations early. If the result still falls short, we look into the cause together with you and do our best to resolve it in a reasonable way.
The deliverables we hand over to you (source code, documents) are yours. Once you have verified them through final acceptance testing and all the conditions set out in the contract have been fulfilled, we hand over the deliverables in full right away.
Absolutely. At Eegilsoft, we take pride in building software that anyone can easily understand and maintain. Beyond working software, we also provide design documents and detailed technical documentation — so whoever takes over, whether another vendor, your own team or even an AI coding agent, can pick up development right away.
Yes, we do. For a set period after delivery, we fix defects that arose during development free of charge. After that, operations and feature improvements are handled under a separate maintenance and operations contract, apart from the development contract.
Because we know the systems we built better than anyone, we can start maintaining them right away without a separate system analysis — and we offer maintenance on more favorable terms as a result.
All information we receive from you is managed at the highest security level, and every team member is trained to handle client information safely. If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from the consultation stage.
