Email Collection Policy

We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by email harvesting programs or any other technical means.

Please note that violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of the Republic of Korea.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of email addresses)

1. No person shall collect email addresses from a website, without the prior consent of its operator or administrator, using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses.
2. No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
3. No person shall use email addresses for sending information while knowing that their collection, sale or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2.

Article 74 (Penalties)

Any person who collects, sells or distributes email addresses, or uses them to send information, in violation of Article 50-2 shall be punished by imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 10 million won.
